ReworkX Studios — Terms of Service
These terms explain how our subscription works, what’s included, and what to expect when working with ReworkX Studios.
1. Service Overview
ReworkX Studios provides affordable, subscription-based web design services. For $12.99/month, you receive:
A custom-built website based on your business information
Unlimited minor content updates upon request
Optional paid add-ons (e.g., logo refresh, rush updates)
2. Free Preview Policy
Before subscribing, we offer 1 free homepage concept preview. This is created based on your business name and services. No payment is required to view or request revisions to your preview.
Final website delivery and publishing require active subscription payment.
3. Subscription Terms
Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly at $19.99 via via Stripe or any other secure payment provider used by ReworkX Studios.
Start Date: Your billing begins only once you approve your final site and complete payment.
Updates: Unlimited minor updates are included. These include text, image, link, or button changes.
Major redesigns or new feature builds may incur additional one-time fees (quoted upon request).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel anytime via email or through your client portal (if applicable).
No refunds are provided for previous billing periods.
Upon cancellation, your website will be unpublished automatically at the end of your billing cycle unless you request immediate removal or domain transfer.
5. Ownership & Access
While subscribed, you have full access to use your website for business purposes.
If you cancel, your website will be unpublished and remain inactive.
Ownership of the design, layout, and build remains with ReworkX Studios unless a separate, custom transfer agreement is offered at our discretion.
Website designs are built using licensed design tools (e.g., Webflow, Relume, etc.).
Logos or design assets created through paid add-ons (e.g., logo refresh) are yours to keep.
6. Update Turnaround Time
Minor updates are typically completed within 1-2 business days.
During high-volume periods, update times may extend to 1-2 weeks.
Rush options are available as paid add-ons ($4.99–$9.99 per request).
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use your website for:
Illegal activities
Fraudulent services
Hate speech or discrimination
Anything that violates U.S. law
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if your website violates these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReworkX Studios is not liable for:
Any loss of business due to downtime or errors
Performance of third-party services (e.g., domain providers)
SEO rankings or search engine placement
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or policies. Minor changes may be made without direct notice. Your continued use of ReworkX Studios services after any updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
For major changes, such as pricing model adjustments or update policy changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
